2. install driver and use for printer:

   1. connect the printer to the computer (USB cable)
   2. system settings -> printer & scanner
   3. add new printer with +
   4. Verwenden: Software auswählen
   
   5. nach »Kyocera ECOSYS P4060dn KPDL« suchen
   6. Protokoll: »Line Printer Deamon – LPD«
   7. add printer

Printing on special paper (e.g. transparencies) only via the manual feed on the side of the printer:

1. open the manual feed

2. insert paper
3. set the paper type on the printer
4. print

• The driver is installed but not used. Check whether ‘ECOSYS P4060dn KPDL’ is used as driver in the system settings.
• The file name contains umlauts, special characters or spaces.
• The printed PDF does not follow the PDF-X standard.
